Lynn Short
President
Lynn Short is the President of LSPS Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that provides planning, asset management, and operational consulting services to public sector entities. In 2017 he retired from 25-year career with the City of Victoria where he served as Director of Public Works. He has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of Houston-Victoria in Management and an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the Texas State Technical Institute in Waco. He holds a Double “A” Water and Wastewater Operator’s License from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Lynn oversees and directs the work activities of his staff and provides Project Management for most of the company’s projects. -
Thomas Short
Vice President
Thomas Short is the Vice President of LSPS Solutions, LLC. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Agricultural Economics. Thomas performs much of the field data collection for the company and integrates that field information into electronic O&M manuals and GIS mapping projects that the company prepares for its customers.
